Construction Supervision and Contract Management at the Merowe Dam Project
Management challenges in Africa's currently largest infrastructure project included: 1. an extremely tight deadline, 2. complex river diversion through the flood relief structures, 3. owner, civil contractor and suppliers from different continents. The project was mainly financed by Arabic and Islamic development banks.
