Railway Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Programme
The project concerns a programme for the rehabilitation of 62.1 km railway sections along the Pan- European Corridor X and 79.3 km on the railway line Belgrade-Podgorica, supported by a loan received from the EU.
The programme contains among others the refurbishment and upgrading of signalling and safety equipment, telecommuni- cation and electrical systems and the supply of the equipment; furthermore the refurbishment of locomotives and supply of track maintenance machines.
