During the last two years Lahmeyer International has made great efforts in installing its CMS to ensure that the system meets the demanding challenges encountered in international competition. The implementation of this expertly developed CMS derives from the conviction that the competitiveness of Lahmeyer must be based on fair and transparent business operations.  

Our clients, suppliers and workforce as well as national and international institutions, and the citizens of the countries in which Lahmeyer is active expect from us that we conduct our business activities with integrity. In doing so we must exert our influence within the scope of our international activities in order to promote observance of fair competitive conditions also amongst our local and consortium business partners.

This Compliance Brochure will inform you about the CMS and its most important elements. It will furthermore illustrate the resolve of Lahmeyer to align its business policies with the developed principles of Compliance. Finally, with this leaflet Lahmeyer hopes to encourage other enterprises in the sector to adopt comparable Compliance systems, and jointly take action against corruption, fraud and anti-competitive business practices.
