As head of department Electromechanical Equipment for hydro power plants, I am confronted with numerous interesting national and international projects. In project work, comprehensive and challenging tasks are motivating and enjoyable for me. At the same time, it is great to be employed by a company where there is such a good working environment, so is teaming up with cooperative and helpful colleagues.

The connection to the other professional fields, like civil engineering, electrical engineering, environmental technology etc., has a special appeal to me. The various tasks, such as studies, offers, tenders, supervision of the erection and commissioning as well as support to the client for operation and maintenance, ensure an interesting and varied field of activity. The cooperation with the different customers and contractors in situ is an exciting challenge that features a lot of variety, requires high personal responsibility and offers a great scope of freedom during project implementation.
