In reviewing your application it would be important for us that you fit the requirements of your preferred position. Of course, it’s possible that one of your competitors has an edge over you in professional terms. But even then we take a look to see if your qualifications fit another job in our company. If we are satisfied by your professional qualities, we would like to get to know you personally. The first interview will usually be with the department head and the appropriate personnel officer. In a relaxed atmosphere we would like
a) to introduce the company and the department in more detail,
b) to speak quite clearly about the responsibilities of the open position, about you and your prospects in our company.
The ideal situation: it sparked already in the first conversation. In this case, we will invite you to a second meeting in which you will get to know not only the department head and the personnel officer but also a member of the board. During this time information offered in the first meeting will be clarified, and the job will be discussed in detail so you will have a good idea of your future position. We don’t just want to put your knowledge to the test, but our primary concern is: Are you capable of successfully shaping your future position?
