- Review and Pre-Selection
We will examine carefully the content of your application and assess your suitability.
Within just a few minutes you will receive an initial automated acknowledgement of receipt of your application.
Should we be convinced of your technical suitability, we would then like to get to know you personally. We will conduct preliminary discussions by telephone (where appropriate also via the internet), as well as personal interviews during which you would always be introduced to a member of the individual management team.
- Employment Contract
After a successful job interview our Human Resources Department will prepare your employment contract and send it to you.
- Onboarding Process
Part of our "onboarding" process is the introduction of newly engaged staff, shortly before they actually join us, as a new colleague to our employees ‒ for this purpose your arrival will be made known via our internal network (intranet), for which we would request you to send us an appropriate photograph.
