Basic Design for I&C and Electrical Equipment for Kobuleti GTPP
Alegratrans is operating an oil terminal in Batumi, the capital of the province of Ajaria in Georgia, where oil transported by train from Baku at the Caspian Sea is transhipped. In order to increase the reliability of power supply for the terminal and the region, a 60 MW gas turbine power plant shall be installed in Kobuleti near Batumi.
Lahmeyer International was contracted by Petroleum Capital Equipment Ltd. (PCE), a subsidiary company of Alegratrans to render technical services with respect to the basic design of the I&C and electrical equipment.
