The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has decided to enforce the development of renewable energy plants, especially wind energy farms to meet the lack of energy in the future. In the actual state, the FFC 50 MW Wind Power Plant is located in the area around the town of Jhimpir, North-East of Karachi.
Lahmeyer International GmbH (LI) is elaborating the bankable feasibility study and supervising the wind measurements according to IEC standards. LI will also conduct the conceptual design and prepare the tendering documents and accompany the tendering procedure.
