Integrated Solar Combined Cycle (ISCC): Due Diligence Study and Construction Supervision
The objective of the project is to develop the first Integrated Solar Combined Cycle (ISCC) in the world.  New Energy Algeria (NEAL) has contracted the Spanish company Abengoa to install an ISCC Power Plant in Algeria as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) project.  This power plant ought to be the first one of several plants of this type to be installed in the desert regions of Algeria.
