The Thumb Wind Farm has been developed by Noble Environmental Power and assessed by Babcock & Brown to set up financing arrangements. Lahmeyer International has carried out a technical due diligence of the wind farm in Michigan with a total capacity of 69 MW. The project is located in the thumb region of Michigan approximately 100 miles North of Detroit and 10 miles South-east of the town of Bad Axe, Michigan.
