Owner’s Engineer Functions for Novokuznetskaya SCPP
Kuzbass Open Joint-Stock Company of Energy and Electrification (OJSC Kuzbassenergo) plans to increase its power production by constructing the 260-300 MWe Gas Turbine Power Plant under Kuznetskaya CHP Operational Department of its Kuzbass Branch. The Project will be implemented in two stages (two units 126-149 MWe each) on a turn-key basis.
Lahmeyer International Rus has been involved in the project preparation from scratch, i.e. the Client awarded the Contract for the Business Plan preparation, followed by the order for the RfP preparation for engineering, procurement of equipment and materials, construction and commissioning.
